Empowering Communities through Lead Savings and Loan Associations (LSLAs) : A Proven Poverty Alleviation Strategy At Lead Development Foundation, we recognize the multifaceted nature of poverty and its devastating impact on individuals, families, and communities. To address this, we adopted the Village Savings and Loan Association (VSLA) module and tailored it to meet the unique financial challenges faced by many especially women and the youth, resulting in our innovative Lead Savings and Loan Association (LSLA) program.
